The full investigation

The Trust Signal Diagnostic™

An investigation into why a brand is not being recommended by AI. It identifies where consistency, clarity, credibility, and connection are breaking, and delivers a sequenced repair roadmap.

What it is

A full investigation, not a surface audit

The Trust Signal Diagnostic is a full investigation into your brand’s four behavioral signals — Consistency, Clarity, Credibility, and Connection — conducted across all publicly observable touchpoints.

Every finding is based on observable evidence. The investigation looks beyond the surface finding to the pattern behind it. The repair roadmap is sequenced: not a list of everything to fix simultaneously, but a prioritized order that addresses the most damaging signal first and builds from there.

The diagnostic ends with a session where the findings are presented directly, and a written notebook containing the full findings, the evidence behind each one, the repair roadmap with timelines, and the AI Recommendation Test results.

Most audits tell you what is broken. The diagnostic investigates the pattern behind it. That is what makes the repair more than a list of fixes.

What it investigates

Four Trust Signals.

Each signal answers a different question about what your brand does — not what it claims.

01

Consistency

Does your brand show up on a decided rhythm, or only when something is launching?

02

Clarity

Can a stranger understand what you do in eight seconds, without prior context or goodwill?

03

Credibility

Can what you claim be independently verified?

04

Connection

Does your brand show up for its audience between the moments it needs something from them?

The investigation applies a defined set of checks across each signal, scoped to the brand’s platforms, evidence, and publicly observable touchpoints.

Plus the AI Recommendation Test

Your brand tested across four AI platforms.

The results are often the most revealing moment of the entire diagnostic.

Visibility is not the same as recommendation. A brand can appear across search, content, and AI systems and still fail to make the shortlist. The Diagnostic investigates the evidence and patterns that may be making recommendation harder — and puts the repair in the right order.

The investigation

Find what is broken. Then put the repair in the right order.

That difference is what turns a list of fixes into a repair that lasts.
